Olive oil tasting with Psyche Organic

On a Thursday afternoon, we hosted an olive oil tasting at our showroom in Frederiksberg, Denmark. The founders Michael Roloff and Theophilos Constantinou spoke about biodynamic olive oil and ways of using it in the modern kitchen. Alisa Larsen, a writer and a passionate cook, prepared a few seasonal snacks using Psyche Organic olive oil.
