The architecture is calm and grounded, allowing a modern oak palette to serve as a backdrop for pieces collected over the years. Throughout the home, Calico Wallpaper’s signature patterns introduce subtle warmth and creative expression. SURFACE in natural oak is used across both the main house and the poolhouse, appearing in the bathroom, laundry room, and poolhouse kitchen. This consistent material language brings visual continuity to the property, connecting spaces through refined textures and clean lines.
